How to Order
Ordering your custom candles or 3D wax melts is simple. Every order is made to match your vision and event.

Submit Your Custom Order Form
Start by completing the form below to begin your custom order. You can request personalized candles, 3D wax melts, or custom labels for any event or special occasion. Include your event type, date, theme, scent preferences, and any label or color details to help us bring your vision to life.
Note: Colored wax applies to 3D melts only.
Once your form is submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your request.

Receive Your Quote and Proof
After reviewing your request, we’ll prepare a personalized quote and design proof within 48 hours. This will include your selected scents, packaging options, and any design elements for approval before production begins.
We’ll work closely with you to ensure every detail reflects your vision and event theme before moving forward.

Pay Deposit and Begin Production
After you approve your proof, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to start production. Once your deposit is received, we begin hand-pouring, labeling, and packaging your candles or melts. Lead time is typically 3–4 weeks after proof approval. When your order is complete, you’ll receive an email for pickup or shipping arrangements.
